Scope

What this portal is for.

The portal explains how potential customers, vendors, retailers, marketplaces, logistics providers, and technology partners can start an EDI, API, or managed file integration with Ultra PRO. It provides links to email and Microsoft Bookings rather than collecting an onboarding form directly.

Site data

Minimal client-side behavior.

The site does not require an account and does not intentionally place first-party advertising cookies. Standard hosting and security logs may record information such as IP address, device or browser information, request time, requested path, and response status for operation, security, and troubleshooting.

If analytics or additional telemetry is added later, this notice and any consent mechanism must be updated before deployment.

Email and scheduling

Microsoft 365 processes the details you choose to provide.

When you email EDI Support, the information in your message is processed through Ultra PRO's Microsoft 365 environment and used to evaluate, coordinate, deliver, and support the integration request.

The embedded scheduling page is provided by Microsoft Bookings. When you load or use it, Microsoft may process scheduling information and set cookies according to the applicable Microsoft terms and privacy notice. You may instead email edisupport@ultrapro.com.

Sensitive data

Do not send secrets through the public entry points.

Do not include passwords, API tokens, private keys, certificates, payment information, personal data, or production payloads in the initial email or Bookings form. Describe what needs to be exchanged, and Ultra PRO will establish an approved secure method if the request proceeds.
